I discovered Lamp Factory Outlet this weekend when looking for a lamp shade. I was impressed with the customer service and selection. I walked out w/ a relatively inexpensive shade that was NOT recommended by the guy helping me...but he still was gracious. I would definitely go here for lighting needs again. Christine G.
